A booking becomes binding once a booking confirmation has been issued by Zuzzù AB and the registration fee has been paid.
A registration fee corresponding to 20% of the total trip price is payable at the time of booking. The remaining 80% must be received no later than 35 days before departure. If the final payment has not been received by the due date, Zuzzù AB reserves the right to terminate the agreement and cancel the booking. The registration fee corresponding to 20% of the total trip price is non-refundable in such cases. The reserved place may subsequently be offered to another participant.
Please note that a local tourist tax is charged by the Municipality of Palermo and must be paid directly to the accommodation provider upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the course and accommodation price offered by Zuzzù AB. The amount is determined by the Municipality of Palermo and may be subject to change in accordance with municipal regulations. Flights to and from Palermo are not included in the price of the trip. Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their flights, as well as any costs related to transfers, baggage, and other additional services.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to ciao@zuzzupalermo.com. For cancellations made no later than 32 days before departure, all amounts paid will be refunded less an administrative fee of SEK 565 charged by the school in connection with the cancellation. For cancellations made 31 days or less before departure, 100% of the total trip price will be charged.
Requests to amend a booking are subject to availability and may incur administrative charges.
Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of their stay.
Zuzzù AB shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or similar circumstances.
Zuzzù AB shall only be responsible for services expressly included in the booking confirmation.
By completing a booking, the participant confirms that these terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
Zuzzù AB is covered by the Swedish Travel Guarantee Act and has provided a travel guarantee to the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet) in accordance with applicable regulations.
